Privacy statement

This statement covers the website www.every.systems and its contact form. In short: we collect as little as possible, sell nothing on and set no tracking cookies.

If you use the Every.systems platform itself (after logging in), the privacy statement in the platform applies.

Who is responsible

What data and why

If you fill in the contact form, we process what you enter yourself: your name, email address, organisation, your role in the chain and your message. We use this to answer your question and, if you wish, to schedule a demo. The legal basis is your own request for contact (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

With every visit, the server records technically necessary data, such as the IP address of the request and the country code provided by Cloudflare. This is used to deliver the site and prevent abuse, not to track you.

Cookies and statistics

This site sets no cookies for advertising, profiling or social media. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without a unique identifier per visitor. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Who else sees it

No data goes to parties who use it for their own purposes, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for a maximum of twelve months. If a collaboration does result, the retention period for our records applies (seven years for data with a tax basis).

What you can ask

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing. One email to hallo@6-labs.com is enough; you will receive a reply within a month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

The site runs entirely over HTTPS. The form is handled by a function at Cloudflare. Against spam we use a hidden field and a time check instead of a captcha.

Changes

If anything changes in the way we process data, we will update this statement and change the date at the top.
