Switching
Switchingwithout downtime.
Your current system keeps running until everything is right. Only then do you switch, party by party.
1
Getting acquainted
We walk through your chain: who does what, which documents go around and which agreements apply.
2
Moving your data
Contacts, varieties, prices and open orders come along, via an import or directly from your current system.
3
Running side by side
In a separate test environment you see your own data in Every.systems and compare it with what you are used to.
4
Live
Each party gets access to its own layer, with guidance on every screen and a manual per role.
FAQ
Frequently askedquestions.
Who is Every.systems for?
For every party in the fruit tree supply chain: variety owners, sales organisations, nurseries, cooperatives and growers. Everyone works in the same system, each in their own layer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Every.systems runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. You add the field app and the search app to your home screen with one tap.
Can my customers work in their own language?
Yes. The grower portal, documents, PDFs and emails are available in Dutch, English, German, French, Polish and Spanish. The nursery screens in Dutch, English and German.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, with Cloudflare. Each party sees only its own data, and data is never sold or shared for marketing.
What happens to my current system?
It keeps running until the switch is right. We move your data over and you can work side by side and compare for a while.
Does it work with my accounting?
Every.systems has its own general ledger, filled directly from sales. Your accountant receives an XAF audit file, the standard Dutch audit format.
What does it cost?
From €395 a month, excluding VAT. The price depends on your role in the chain and the number of parties taking part. Book a demo and we will make you a tailored proposal.
Who is behind it?
Every.systems is built and maintained by Six Labs. You talk directly to the people who make it.
